Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

We will send your package within 2 days of receiving payment. It will be shipped through UPS and can be tracked online. The package will be dropped off without requiring a signature. If you want a signature to be required, please contact us before selecting this option as it will cost extra.

The shipping charges comprise of both handling and packaging fees, in addition to the postage costs. The handling fees remain constant, while the transportation fees are based on the overall weight of the shipment. It is recommended to combine all your items in a single order. If you place two separate orders, they may not be combined, and shipping charges may be applied to both. Your package will be sent at your own risk, however, fragile items are given special attention to ensure their protection.

Your items are shipped in a very well-protected packaging.

Most of our small domestic shipments are shipped via the US Postal Service.

Here’s an estimate for delivery times provided by the USPS Postal Service. Indeed, they do not guarantee delivery times for any service except Domestic Priority Mail Express, but they are pretty good at keeping these estimates as real as possible.

Consider very closely these estimated delivery times:

Ground Advantage Standard Shipping –-> 3-10 business days

Priority Mail –-> 3-5 business days
